Newborn Care Support for Your Baby’s First Four Months

Questions about feeding, sleep, and newborn care don’t always wait for your next appointment…

The Nurtured Foundation newborn support membership gives you a trusted person to ask during the workday, with practical, nonjudgmental guidance tailored to what you share about your baby.

You’ll work directly with me by email, text, Zoom, and a private DoulaConnect chat. I work with up to five families each month so I can give each family thoughtful attention.

❋ Personal support for new parents

The early months with a baby bring plenty to figure out. You might have questions about a feeding pattern, pumping, newborn sleep, or what development can look like at six weeks. This membership gives you a place to talk those questions through between pediatrician visits.

I’m a certified newborn care specialist, certified postpartum doula, triple-certified pediatric sleep consultant, and certified lactation counselor (CLC). I’m also a mom of two, and I know that families need support that respects their choices and circumstances.

❋ What’s included in the newborn support membership

  • Unlimited email and text support with me, Sunday through Friday, 8 AM–8 PM Eastern

  • Replies within 12 business hours at the latest; most replies arrive within a couple of hours

  • Four 20-minute Zoom calls each month, scheduled in advance

  • A private DoulaConnect chat for messaging and logging sleep, feeding, and diapers

  • Guidance based on the information you share, including the patterns in your logs

DoulaConnect is free for you. I review your messages and logs during business hours; I don’t monitor them around the clock.

❋ What we can talk about

The membership is for newborn and infant care support through four months of age. We can talk about:

  • Newborn and infant care

  • Feeding and lactation, including pumping and planning for your return to work

  • Newborn and infant sleep questions and tips

  • Infant development

Sleep coaching packages are a separate service. Members receive 10% off those packages. If your question falls outside my scope, I’ll let you know who may be able to help..

❋ Support that complements your pediatrician

This membership offers newborn care guidance, not medical care. Your pediatrician is the right person for medical and health concerns. If a question needs medical attention, I’ll direct you to your pediatrician’s office.

Please call your pediatrician about concerns such as fever, trouble breathing, feeding refusal, too few wet diapers, jaundice, or anything that feels off to you. In an emergency, call 911. For urgent concerns after hours, contact your pediatrician’s after-hours line.

I may not have met your baby before we begin, and I can’t examine them. My suggestions are based on what you tell me and what you log. DoulaConnect is not a secure medical channel, so please don’t send confidential or medical information there.
